I have tried many other web designers and template builders in the past but have never managed to actually publish my site or get it looking how I wanted.

Luck Marble is completely different.

The process is as simple as it needs to be, from selecting your site to purchasing to editing to publishing. I had a small problem with some flash text. I opened a service ticket, got a very quick response and was able to follow the easy instructions to my solution.

I am still working on my site, I am at best an average user, but this makes me feel a bit of a genius.

A wonderful template that is so easy to use. It has obviously been designed with great care and adherence to web standards. We have been able to build our dream web site for our new business for a very small financial outlay. Not too long ago, this high quality work would have cost many times more.

I am very satisfied with the layout and content of the Synergy Religion web site template I purchased. In just a couple days, I had completely moved my content to the new template and customized the pages to fit my specific needs. The training videos and on-line help documents are superb.

The main reason that I'm taking the time to give you feedback is for the support that I received from the support team. I wanted the flash intro activated in my version of the template because it was disabled in this version. Colin was able to update the intro flash files, create a video just for me that walked me through exactly how to apply the new files and activate the intro. WOW! that is what I call support!

I've never written a testimonial before, but your service was so great I feel compelled to write one. I have only a basic knowledge of coding and none in flash or anything like that. I learned by trying to design my own web site, and gave it up after three aborted attempts. When I started my fourth design attempt I found out that templates were available and chose to purchase one from you. It was great right from the start. I just went through all the tutorials on one computer, while I worked on the site design from another computer. I only had to use a support ticket a few times and the responce was always prompt, professional, and accurate. I am really proud of my site and haven't seen anything nearly as good when I look at my competitor's sites. Not only that, but answered all my question, offered suggestion & even helped me with finding what I think will be a perfect design, thank you.

With shrinking markets and company having to cutting back on quality people, it is refreshing to know that is NOT the case here.

I purchased a template from you and was not sure whether i should use front page or another type of editor. after speaking with some one at your company (threw away my notes don't know who) she advised me to try Share Point and i did, works great! Now i had our domain and site with network solutions, long story short they have no idea how to publish a Share Point site even though they advertise they do!! I asked for help and got Brandon. I can not tell you the relief i felt when he said no problem we can tell you what to do. I tried to tell Network solution what to do via Brandon, but they told me to call Microsoft!! what a bunch of losers! I switched my account to you guys! Because i tried to publish thru Network Solutions they messed up all my files. Got Brandon on the phone turned over my computer to him and in 15 minuets all is fixed and the site is up.He really knows his stuff!!
I also needed help earlier in the design and got Collin, he also knows his stuff , friendly and helpful.

When my ISP (& good friend) suggested I bring our Golf Club website into the 21st century, using pre-designed templates - I searched the web & very fortunately, found i3dThemes. I purchased one of the more complex designs & needed a lot of support. The instructional videos available cover everything from the basics upward, but I wanted to know if I could make some changes to basic design of the template to suit our particular requirements - the support was fantastic, and the changes achieved by substituting a file with one provided by i3dThemes. Most companies would probably have told me that changes to a pre-designed template were not possible. I have been in the Computer/IT business since the late 60's and can assure anyone who requires a top class service - use i3dThemes - there's none better.

I purchased the Ambition Green option with newsletter module for our new business. The set-up process took time, as there are literally hundreds of files that comprise the package.

For the most part, I was able to modify individual components to my specifications; however, I occasionally ran into a problem I could not solve.

At those times, I consulted with the support team. At no time was I disappointed. Responses were quick and thorough.
