I just had to share with you what a great product you offer! This is the first time I've ever used Dreamweaver and I have no web design or HTML experience. I was quite intimidated at first, but the instructions and videos were incredibly helpful. The inclusion of the site search, social networking links, and meta tags made my new web site a very professional product. I couldn't be happier with my new website. Keep up the good work!

I have to say that I am absolutely bowled over by the quality of the web template and in particular the level of service I have received from Colin in customer support. Nothing is too much trouble for him, no matter how trivial my question has been. The response time for support is very very quick with personalized video tutorials tailored to solving any problem!

We decided to develop a way to sell the postcards we make for friends. Two years ago we purchased a template from Lucky Marble and then discovered our html skills were not up to the challenge, and FrontPage was a dying beast.

1 month ago we decided to develop the site again, and found that the site we purchased was not longer available for support, and in fact, we purchased the FrontPage version, rather than Dreamweaver, and the files not longer existed at you company.

You found them anyway, and if you visit the site, you will see that it works.

Even though I am not done with the website, it is published and other than a few glitches, I am so happy with the results using your templates. You are indeed lucky if you find Lucky Marble and use one of their templates for your website. Not only do you get beautiful artwork, but a design and look simply not found anywhere else on the web. So many people asked me if I designed my website, and how did I get it to look the way it does. I didn't, but the designers and the Lucky Marble team did. I am a beginner, self-taught, only know the barest basics of HTML code. Worked in Expression Web software, and followed the clear instructions that came with the template.

Apart from the design, the service is exemplary. You are dealing with real people who like what they do. And they go the extra mile. Helpful, to the point the designer of my site actually went to the trouble to make a video clip just for me, so I could see it in action. Ok, that is legendary in today's world where no one has time to do anything right. And designers of this caliber will charge for their time.

So many web designs and hosts and now content management access and still there is the same quality, only it is now improved. There is nothing standard about this company. Do yourself a favor and get a website that properly represents what web design was meant to be. I used to utilize the services of a FrontPage template company years ago to post online syllabi for the classes that I taught. I had vivid memories about their sub par customer support. So, when a friend asked me to do a web site for his small business, I researched the issue well and settled on i3dthemes.com - and never looked back… The quality of the code, the modularity, and the superiority of the artistic design of the Generation 9 templates are beyond reproach. Since this was my first project, I had to ask a few questions, and they were always answered professionally, with humility and grace.
